ATLANTA, July 9, 2024—Hospitality Ventures Management
Group (HVMG), an Atlanta-based third-party hotel operator and investor, today announced
that Ron Fader has been named senior vice president, finance and accounting. In his new role, Fader will ensure excellence in the hotel day-to-day financial
accounting, financial reporting, cash flow planning and management activities, while
bolstering the accounting and finance team to help support future growth.

performance and committed to the practice of continuous improvement while
supporting the properties' and management company's financial goals,"

officer, HVMG. "Ron prides himself on

With nearly 35 years of
financial experience, many of those in hospitality, Fader most recently was
senior vice president of finance & accounting with Atrium Hospitality. While there, he was responsible for the
strategic direction of the hotel accounting department for the company's
portfolio of 80-plus hotels, generating more than $1 billion in revenues
annually. Before that, Fader was a partner
and vice president of finance, hotels
& restaurants of Legacy Ventures and held similar leadership positions
with InterContinental Hotel Group (IHG) and Hilton Corporation. Fader received his Bachelor of Science in accounting
from Tulane University.
