Sonesta Gwinnett Place Atlanta is located in the heart of Gwinnett County near the Gas South District. Sonesta sold the hotel in early 2022 and HVMG took over management under new ownership. Since takeover, HVMG has drastically improved both hotel revenues and profitability for the owner.
