The 104-room Residence Inn Waco, TX was built in 2020. HVMG opened the hotel in September 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic. HVMG was able to quickly ramp up the hotel surpassing 100+ index by the it's 4^th full calendar month of operation. The strength of the ramp up allowed the owner to position the hotel for sale in September 2021.
