The 242-key Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown North is ideally situated in the heart of Phoenix's midtown and downtown corridor and near the Phoenix Convention Center and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). HVMG acquired the hotel in June 2016 and took over management with a plan to renovate/rebrand the Hilton Suites Phoenix to an Embassy Suites. The Hotel underwent a transformative $18.9 million renovation, which was completed in Q4 2017 and has since yielded higher rated business and enhanced operational performance.
